I had published this to a smaller circle, but was asked to make it available wider, so apologies if you saw this already.

I know there are various ways people are creating short urls to their G+ pages, but one I hadn't seen yet was to create a subdomain of your own domain and redirect it to your G+ page. The upside is that is a) shorter than the current G+ url, b) it contains your domain name, c) you own it. Just a thought. For example, mine is now http://gplus.lightroomers.com?
